Field Description
Case Flag Age / Case_Flag_Age
The total amount of time (in hours) that the current Case Flag has been active.
Case Flag Age Text / Case_Flag_Age_Text
The Case Flag Age decimal rendered as a eight-digit string.
Case Flag Business Age / Case_Flag_Business_Age
The total amount of time (in business hours) since the Case Flag was set.
Case Flag Date/Time / ViewedFlag
The timestamp that the Case Flag was set.
Case Flag Date/Time Hours / ViewedFlagHours
The Case Flag Date/Time expressed as the hours elapsed since midnight.
Case Flags Escalation Time 1 / CaseFlagsEscalationTime1
The date/time at which the business hours elapsed with reach Case Flag Age 1's hours. This is useful for anticipating flag changes in list views, reports, workflow, etc. Note, in most instances this is the same date/time the flag was set.
Case Flags Escalation Time 2 / CaseFlagsEscalationTime2The date/time at which the business hours elapsed with reach Case Flag Age 2's hours. This is useful for anticipating flag changes in list views, reports, workflow, etc.
Case Flags Escalation Time 3 / CaseFlagsEscalationTime3The date/time at which the business hours elapsed with reach Case Flag Age 3's hours. This is useful for anticipating flag changes in list views, reports, workflow, etc.
Case Flags Escalation Time 4 / CaseFlagsEscalationTime4The date/time at which the business hours elapsed with reach Case Flag Age 4's hours. This is useful for anticipating flag changes in list views, reports, workflow, etc.
Case Flags Age 1 Hours (1-4) / CaseTimeOffset1 (1-4)
The amount of hours to wait before displaying the next Age Image in the Case Flag Field.
Case Flags Business Hours / CaseFlagsBusinessHours
A reference to the Case Flags Business Hours record used to calculate the Case Flag Business Age. This is set automatically and should not be manipulated.
Current Business Hours / CurrentBusinessHours
The amount of business hours that have lapsed on the current day.
Flag / CaseFlag
This should be used to display the Case Flag if your organization is not using business hours.
Flag (BH) / Case_Flag_Business
This should be used to display the Case Flag if your organization is using business hours.
Initial Response / Initial_Response
Timestamp of Initial Response set the first time the Case Flag is cleared.
Initial Response Business Hours / Initial_Response_Business_Hours
The business hours between Date/Time Opened and Initial Response, based on the business hours assigned to the case.
Initial Response Hours / Initial_Response_Hours
The hours between Date/Time Opened and Initial Response.
Previous Business Hours / PreviousBusinessHours
The amount of business hours that have lapsed prior to the current day. This field will only be populated if a case flag was left aging at the end of an organization's business hours.

The end of the business expressed as the hours since midnight.
Midnight / Midnight
Midnight of the current business day.
Start Time Hours / StartTimeHours
The start of the business expressed as the hours since midnight.
Today End Time / TodayEndTime
The current day's end time as defined in the standard Business Hour record.
Today Start Time / TodayStartTime
The current day's start time as defined in the standard Business Hour record.
