What's New

  • Account-Specifc Hours - Account-Specific Hours allow you to override the default hours specified on an account-by-account basis. For more information, see KB# 000001473 (3.6)
  • Flag Level 4 - A new level of flagging has been added. By default, this flag will be black after 16 hours of no case activity. (3.6)

Improvements

  • The Email Message CreatedDate field is used, instead of the MessageDate field to mitigate problems caused by email servers with incorrectly configured time zones. (3.6)
