In the Case Flags lightning component the current timings now correctly updates when the date of an escalation changes. For example, if an escalation time was today at 2 PM and is updated to tomorrow 10 AM, when it updated it would have displayed today at 10 AM incorrectly. [Change 00173997] (4.61)
Resolved an issue where you could not create a custom flag with a hex code, only the provided default colors would allow you to save. [Change 00173949] (4.61)
The following known issues are scheduled to be corrected in the next release of Case Flags, version 4.62 or higher.
Account-Specific Hours for Case Flags are not being respected for cases created via email.
