Cirrus Insight Compatibility

Summary

Cirrus Insight is compatible with custom buttons that are not Javascript type buttons. Some of our apps contain compatible buttons out of the box, while others are Javascript type in order to support Salesforce Console. This article will show you how to create buttons compatible with Cirrus Insight. It is not possible to create a single button that is compatible with both Cirrus Insight and the Salesforce Console at this time.
