Does Email to Case Premium support Person Accounts?


Email to Case Premium supports Person Accounts on case insert for the standard Contact and Account lookup fields. Email to Case Premium cannot auto-create new Person Accounts.

The Search Custom Email Fields feature will search email fields added on the Contact object. These fields are inherited by the Person Account and therefore will be searched. Email fields added to the Account object will not be searched even if exposed on the Person Account layout.
