Solutions
If it is expected to have Cases locked in an approval process when emails received on or sent from Cases, contact Internet Creations for assistance with disabling the error notification emails. If it is not expected to have Cases locked in an approval process, please review and revise any approval processes on the Case object. |
Status
By design, approval process record locks will prevent automation (workflow, apex, etc.) from updating records. |
