Bugs Fixed

  • The From Address is used when the Reply To Address is null on incoming messages due to an undocumented change in the Salesforce mail infrastructure on certain instances. This would have caused the contact and account look ups to fail on new cases. (3.57)
  • The Case Thread Id matching logic has been reverted to pre-3.50 behavior where square brackets are not required. This was necessitated by changes documented in Summer 13 release notes, which were seemingly never executed. New cases may have been created instead of the messages being associated with the correct existing case. (3.58)
