Errors using Case Merge Premium after Winter '21 release of Salesforce

Symptoms

Possible errors:
  • In the Lightning Component you see the following error message: "You do not have access to the Apex class named 'CaseToolsCtrl'"
  • Icons on Cases appear to be broken

Solutions

Solution:

To overcome these errors, please upgrade to the latest version of Case Merge Premium available in the AppExchange.
