Granting Permissions to Administer E2CP for Non-System Administrator Users

Summary

My company’s administrator would like to extend Administrator rights for E2CP to a Non-System Administrator user. Which profile permissions are necessary for a user to Administer E2CP?

Details

The permissions necessary to administer E2CP are listed below.
  • Custom App for Email to Case Premium
  • Canned Comments: Read, Write, Edit, and Delete
  • Customize Application
  • View Setup and Configuration Settings
Note: If the user needs to be able to set the Organization Wide Address, the Modify All Data permission is necessary. If the Organization Wide Address is already set, or if Modify All Data permission is not appropriate for the user, the System Administrator will need to set the Organization Wide Address.

Please see the detailed instructions below for step-by-step guidance to provide the neccessary permissions. The following instructions have been broken down by User Interface.
