Picklist Values / Radio Buttons not displaying for Custom Questions on Landing Page
You are setting up custom questions for Simple Survey and notice that Picklist Values or Radio Buttons are not displaying under those questions on the Landing Page.
This issue is likely occurring because Field Level Security was not set to Visible for the Custom Question Fields.
To set up Field Level Security for Custom Question Fields, follow the steps below based on your User Interface:
Standard Profile User Interface:
Enhanced Profile User Interface:
Note: This issue frequently arose in older versions of Simple Survey where Field Level Security had to be manually configured for each custom question. With the introduction of the Survey Builder in more recent versions, Field Level Security will be automatically set for custom questions added via the Survey Builder interface.
