Setting or Resetting the Case Flags batch job

You are using Case Flags and need to reset / change the running use for the packaged Business Hours batch job.

Details

The packaged batch job can be reset by following these instructions:
  1. Login to Salesforce as you user you'd like to run the batch job.
  2. Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages > Configure next to Case Flags.
  3. Once on the Setup Wizard, check to see which Hours are currently selected. If Standard Hours are selected, simply select the Business Hours option to create the batch job. If Business Hours are selected, select Standard Hours, wait 5 seconds, and then reselect Business Hours to reset the batch job.
  4. Click the bubble next to Standard Hours and wait 5 seconds.
  5. Re-select Business Hours and click Save at the top of the page.
  6. Navigate to Setup > Monitor > Jobs > Scheduled Jobs and ensure the job titled "Case Flags Job" is showing submitted by the new user you are logged in as.
