Simple Survey now includes support for a 0-10 Net Promoter System℠ rating (1.89).
Added a "Rating Scale" a field on Survey to indicate which rating scale was used (1-5 or 0-10), allowing for segmentation in analytics (1.91).
Added a Dashboard and Reports for CSat by User, Net Promoter Score®, Response Rate for Cases (1.92).
Field requirement attributes are enforced and visual indicators for required fields are displayed on the survey landing page (1.94).
Setup page will no longer load an error if a default logo is not found. This is typically only an issue when configuring Simple Survey in a recently refreshed sandbox (1.91).
