Simple Survey Release Notes 1.89 - 1.94

What's New

  • Simple Survey now includes support for a 0-10 Net Promoter System℠ rating (1.89).
  • Added a "Rating Scale" a field on Survey to indicate which rating scale was used (1-5 or 0-10), allowing for segmentation in analytics (1.91).
  • Added a Dashboard and Reports for CSat by User, Net Promoter Score®, Response Rate for Cases (1.92).

  • Field requirement attributes are enforced and visual indicators for required fields are displayed on the survey landing page (1.94).

Bugs Fixed

  • Setup page will no longer load an error if a default logo is not found.  This is typically only an issue when configuring Simple Survey in a recently refreshed sandbox (1.91).
