Unable to view fields associated with / created by an Internet Creations AppExchange application

Symptoms

You are using an Internet Creations application, and are unable to view the fields associated with / created by the application.

Solutions

This issue is typically caused by one or more of the following items:

1. The affected user has not been assigned a license to the application.
  • Ensure the user has been assigned a license by following the steps in the following knowledge article.
2. The affected user does not have sufficient access to the missing field via Field Level Security.

3. The affected user has not been assigned the page layout for which the field currently resides.
