INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS error when clearing or setting flags from a list view


When clearing flags from the case list view, you experience a Javascript error like this: sf:INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS GlobalUtil: no access allowed to this class.


You need to set up access to the GlobalUtil Class.  Please navigate to Setup --> Develop --> Apex Classes and open the GlobalUtil Class with the FLAGS namespace prefix. Click on the Security Button and add any profiles needed to perform this action to the enabled profiles select list.
